Job Description

ABOUT US:

Konvy, Thailand’s largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cashiering, inventory management, and monitoring sales performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and assign daily work schedules to store staff, ensuring adequate shift coverage and efficient task delegation.
• Lead day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cashiering, and addressing customer concerns.
• Monitor daily and weekly store sales performance; support sales targets by motivating the team and assisting in upselling or in-store promotions.
• Oversee inventory levels; monitor fast- and slow-moving items, and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy in inventory records, tagging, and product displays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in retail store operations, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or wellness sectors.
• Knowledgeable in visual merchandising, proper product display standards, accurate stock receiving and transfer documentation, as well as basic cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data analysis, spreadsheet management, and report generation.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in store setup and layout planning
• Previous experience conducting staff training and onboarding
