Job Description

BASE OFFICE: GEELY IMUS

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to manage our Service Department and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and organizing departmental operations
• Conducting staff meetings and managing employee performance
• Addressing customer complaints and maintaining relationships
• Performing marketing activities to promote dealership services
• Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience: 2 years in Automotive (Supervisory/Managerial) (Preferred)
