Job Description
BASE OFFICE: GEELY IMUS
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to manage our Service Department and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing departmental operations
- Conducting staff meetings and managing employee performance
- Addressing customer complaints and maintaining relationships
- Performing marketing activities to promote dealership services
- Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years in Automotive (Supervisory/Managerial) (Preferred)
