Job Description
Drake International is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support our branches’ network organization. This position aims to enhance the efficiency of our operations department.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring clinic branches, directing the operations team, coaching staff, ensuring policy compliance, and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years in a supervisory role, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work onsite in Makati City.
We offer a competitive salary of Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month, paid training, and various supplemental pay benefits.
