Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company.
- Negotiating the costs of inventory for multiple stores.
- Preparing annual and quarterly budgets and presenting them to stakeholders.
- Tracking inventory movement and introducing promotions and sales.
- Identifying trends and monitoring supply and demand.
- Collaborating with marketing on new projects and campaigns.
- Interpreting sales reports for improved customer engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum five years of managerial experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented.
