Job Description

We are seeking a Processing Operations Lead to manage daily processing activities, supervise staff, and ensure accurate, timely handling of transactions. The role coordinates workflow, optimizes procedures, enforces compliance and quality standards, analyzes performance metrics, and resolves escalations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Coordinate and optimize processing workflows; maintain compliance and quality targets
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor KPIs, investigate exceptions, and implement continuous improvements

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of processing or operations experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, proficiency with processing systems, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
