Job Description

The Real American Doughnut Company is seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager for our Krispy Kreme location in SM Sta. Rosa. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a management-related field, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

We require at least 5 years of experience as a Store or Restaurant Manager. The successful applicant will oversee daily technical and production activities, ensuring efficient store operations and assisting in sales and manpower management.
