Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication on behalf of the executive, including emails and calls.
• Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing the executive’s calendar.
• Support project-related work, including research and follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and distributing documents.
• Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and visa processing.
• Proactively solve administrative issues and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience with inbound and outbound calls.
• Appointment setter experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to start ASAP.
