Job Description
Phildex Industries & Dev’t Corporation is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Establish, maintain, and expand the organization’s customer base.
- Maximize sales from assigned and target accounts.
- Oversee and conduct market research.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years of sales and business management experience.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Region 3.
