Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints within guidelines.
- Follow-Up: Ensure customer issues are resolved and confirmed.
- Documentation: Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with customers about their issues.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in any business-related course.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
