Job Description
Euroasia Executive Search Inc. is seeking a qualified Area Manager to oversee daily operations and performance across multiple stores. This role is essential in driving sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Duties include:
- Maximizing sales and improving revenue.
- Conducting regular store visits and ensuring compliance.
- Managing hiring, training, and employee development.
- Overseeing expenses and inventory procedures.
- Planning new store openings and facilitating communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-store management.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,00 – Php60,00 per month
