Job Description
MPDC is actively seeking a qualified Area Manager to oversee multiple construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring timely project delivery, leading diverse teams, and cultivating strong client relationships. Regular site visits for safety and quality assurance are crucial components of this role.
Requirements include a Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer designation, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in construction management software, and effective communication skills. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel are mandatory.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php40,00.00 to Php50,00.00 per month, along with benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
