- Maintain organized recruitment records.
- Contribute to candidate interviews and assessments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment technologies.
- Assist in workforce planning strategies.
- Participate in onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support a positive candidate experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiencies in recruitment software and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
