Job Description
We are conducting a one-day mass hiring for full-time, permanent in-person Airline Ticketing Agents (Non-Voice) across Metro Manila. Candidates without BPO experience are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Handle flight inquiries, reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Process payments and issue e-tickets accurately
- Support travel policy compliance and maintain precise passenger information
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus; 13th & 14th month pay; salary up to ₱28,00 (higher with experience); HMO from Day 1 (up to 3 dependents); paid training; 30 paid leaves; allowances; performance bonus; weekends off; night differential; holiday/overtime pay; potential hybrid/WFH after one year.
