Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate details regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
No Experience Required: We offer comprehensive training for all new hires.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; weekends are off.
Qualifications:
- A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Philippine citizenship or appropriate residency.
- A high school diploma or college degree.
