Job Description
At SapientBPO in Makati, we are looking for a dedicated Airline Reservations Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues for customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate, good communication skills, and at least 6 months of BPO experience. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
