Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at Orbit Career Job Hirings PH as Airline Reservation Support Agents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight reservations and inquiries.
- Provide accurate solutions using provided scripts and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen or holds relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Conversant in English with strong listening skills.
