Job Description
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will:
- Verify flight departures and arrivals.
- Communicate with global stations via email.
- Generate daily reports on completed tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Residents of Makati, Pasay, or Manila preferred.
- Must pass medical tests and background checks.
- Experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, shifting schedule, located in Makati CBD.
Compensation: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month.
