Job Description

XTI Shell is looking for an experienced Administrative Supervisor with a strong background in purchasing and building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be responsible for:

• Managing purchasing, commissary, housekeeping, maintenance, and security
• Overseeing daily employee duties to ensure quality standards
• Providing guidance in resolving errors, complaints, and disputes
• Conducting performance analyses and coordinating work schedules
