Job Description
Zeta Prime Properties Phil. Corp. is looking for an Administrative Officer to support our operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong business management skills and industry knowledge.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hiring and retaining qualified staff.
- Administering daily operations.
- Performing general office duties: phone/email handling, filing, scheduling.
- Managing office supplies and coordinating meetings.
- Recording financial transactions and issuing receipts.
- Assisting in strategic planning and supporting the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Computer literate and willing to work in Muntinlupa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
