Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year business course. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology / Accounting Information System / Management Accounting is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in office administration or accounting work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of reports – processing disbursements, recording sales, online banking transactions.
- Calculate payroll and process government remittances (SS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR).
- Provide administrative support.
- Coordinate with government agencies for compliance.
