Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Administrative Assistant at TCM Tsakos Maritime Philippines Inc. Any Bachelor Course graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to management and execute instructions.
- Assist Quality/HR/Admin Manager with various tasks.
- Coordinate itineraries for important company guests.
- Maintain and organize documents effectively.
- Assist in paperwork for HR, Admin, Crewing, and Accounting Managers.
- Perform additional functions as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift with 13th month salary included.
