We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for a 3-month contract. Responsibilities include:

• Attending to tenant calls and inquiries.
• Preparing payment summaries and billing.
• Managing collections and deposits.
• Updating tenant records.
• Conducting inventory checks.
• Assisting with purchasing functions.
• Coordinating security pass requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract Length: 3 months

Pay: Php18,00.00/month

Schedule: 8-hour shift
