Job Description
Mikro-Tech Capital Inc. is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our administrative group in maintaining efficient office operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of company supplies and assets
- Monitor, reorder, and issue office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors on discrepancies in orders
- Ensure facilities are in good working condition and recommend maintenance
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Maintain stock of consumables for office and pantry
- Purchase needed provisions
- Assist with organization events and projects
- Administer canvassing and purchasing of materials
- Transmit business documents as directed
- Other duties as assigned.
