Job Description
Volare General Services, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Staff to assist our administrative managers in various tasks, including managing schedules, budgets, personnel databases, and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist administrative managers with schedules and reports.
- Handle internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Provide administrative assistance through writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of executives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php645.00 per day
Benefits: Paid training, 8-hour shift, holidays, and overtime pay.
