• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably AB Communications or Secretarial Course
• At least one year of work-related experience
• Excellent in oral and written communications (Filipino and English)
• Strong telephone and listening skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail is a must
