Job Description

Professional Insights Marketing Services is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 3rd party manpower agency or a medium-sized sales industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Key responsibilities include organizing filing systems, scheduling appointments, managing expense reports, and providing general support to visitors.
