• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related course
• Relevant working experience in administrative or operation services
• PEZA processing background is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in customer service and computer applications
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Keen eye for quality and details
• Team player, trustworthy, flexible, service-oriented, and able to manage priorities
• Must know how to drive a four-wheel vehicle with a valid Professional driver’s license
