Job Description

I. Job Summary: The Admin Assistant will support the Facilities Management and Credit and Collection Department in managing office facilities and addressing internal client needs.

II. Essential Job Functions:

• Regular inspection of facilities
• Ensure cleaning and checking standards of admin personnel
• Conduct banking deposits and transactions when necessary
• Filing and scanning of various documents
• Monitor office supply inventory
• Release and monitor in-house assets
