Job Description
Punongbayan & Araullo is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for the end-to-end invoice to cash process. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with SLA and company financial policies.
Responsibilities:
● Creating daily sales invoices and managing customer payments
● Validating sales orders and monitoring daily shipments
● Coordinating with customers on any queries or disputes
● Maintaining various AR files and supporting audits.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
● 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience
● Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time, Day shift, Monday to Friday.
