Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate of Business or Accountancy course
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales invoices and billing for various projects
- Follow up and collect payments based on agreed terms
- Monitor accounts receivable
- Maintain organized files for easy retrieval
- Prepare correspondences related to accounts receivable
- Issue memos for accounts with price adjustments
- Reconcile accounts with the accounting department
- Prepare transmittals for accounts receivable
- Generate monthly reports on sales, collections, and receivables
