Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team in Dacudao, Davao City. This full-time, onsite role involves posting daily 2307 payments and preparing quarterly 2307 reports, monitoring and reporting accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate ledgers through cross-department coordination.

• Manage SOA and credit memo processes; issue receipts and collection schedules
• Receive, file, and reconcile invoices
• Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies and support timely collections

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 1–2 years’ relevant experience; strong communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills; attention to detail and ability to build professional relationships. Salary: Php14,00–15,00/month.
