Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required
- At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls
- Strong Knowledge of BIR Compliance .
- Proficient in accounting systems/software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to review and analyze financial records for accuracy and compliance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Can work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
