Job Description:

• Checks supporting documents to Request for Payment prior to check preparation.
• Coordinates with suppliers and company departments for billing discrepancies.
• Prepares Accounts Payable entries and AP-Voucher.
• Posts checks to the checkbook and payment monitoring ledger.
• Verifies liquidation reports for petty cash replenishment.
• Prepares summary of Disbursements and monthly expenses.
• Prepares daily sales summary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift.
