Job Description:
- Handle typing, filing, and faxing for the Finance Manager.
- Log and distribute accounting documents.
- Issue Provisional Receipts and manage collections.
- Prepare Daily Cash Position Reports and manage petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and issue payments as needed.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring insurance renewals and preparing telegraphic transfer forms.
