Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the distributor.
- Check and approve daily cash advances and liquidations.
- Daily check of stock transfer slips to ensure no overstock with mobile salesmen.
- Ensure proper recording of daily returns (bad and good stocks) in the system.
- Control, audit, and ensure security of the business administrative operation.
- Validate daily inventory results submitted by the inventory clerk.
- Prepare variance reports for HO Finance Head, ensuring all variances have corresponding settlements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, Overtime pay.
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred).
