Job Description

Neocareer RCX is seeking a Retail Finance Manager responsible for developing retail finance solutions to enhance commodity sales. This role includes creating a comprehensive retail finance business plan, establishing financing schemes, and designing customer incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote business plans for new retail financing.
• Conduct market research for customer targeting and interest rate settings.
• Create financing program manuals and oversee credit screening guidelines.
• Manage recruitment of necessary human resources.
