Job Description
Sunfish HRA Consulting Inc is seeking a full-time, on-site Accounting Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end accounting system implementations. The role requires gathering business requirements; configuring and testing software; coordinating data migration and user acceptance testing; developing processes, documentation, and training; acting as vendor liaison; managing project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications; and monitoring post-launch performance while providing ongoing support and optimization of workflows, integrations, and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- 2–3 years of accounting experience with hands-on ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Strong accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking, communication, and project management skills
- Compensation: up to Php30,00/month
