Job Description
Company Overview: We are a growing company experiencing an increase in workload within our accounting department. John Clements Japan Desk (PERSOL PHILIPPINES) is looking to hire two motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistants to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle collection tasks and manage customer payments.
- Communicate with clients to address payment inquiries.
- Perform payment reconciliation for accuracy.
- Verify inventory balances and assist with related tasks.
- Provide general administrative support.
