Job Description
IMPACT Training & Consultancy Services is seeking an Account Management Executive to communicate with food and store owners or partners, addressing their needs and resolving complaints while enhancing processes.
- Build lasting relationships with customers/partners.
- Liaise with internal departments to drive partner success.
- Customize product offerings based on partner needs.
- Offer additional products/services to expand partner businesses.
- Maintain accurate records of account information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- At least 6 months of sales/aftersales experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Php23,00/month, Day shift.
