Job Description
IGO Digital High Technology, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Account Administrator to join our dynamic team in BGC, Taguig. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting gamers by resolving issues encountered on our website through our online customer service system and telephone support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from gamers, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Engage in daily communications via phone and email.
- Assist players with their transactions to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions.
- Safeguard confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php28,00.00 monthly
Benefits: Paid training, 13th-month salary, and overtime pay.
Requirements
