Job Description
The Academic Operations Associate contributes to the regular operations of the Office of the Dean on digital platforms, assisting the Learning Technology Manager with learning technology activities at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). This role is pivotal in enhancing services, activities, and the overall work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Any bachelor’s degree; Education, Communications, or related Sciences preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years in administrative roles involving computer systems and online platforms in an educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Learning Technology Manager in planning and strategizing.
- Participate in projects to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide technical support to enhance user experience.
