Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
• Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Match customer demands to clients’ products and services.
• Use persuasion skills to recover from objections and achieve buy-in.
• Share information with internal and external clients and collaborate effectively.

Compensation: Php23,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
