Job Description

The Store Supervisor/Management Trainee oversees the retail store’s daily operations, including product availability, controlling finances, managing the staff, and customer services.

Qualifications:

• At least a 2-year course or 2nd-year college level in any bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledgeable in Food Cost, Labor Cost, Utilities, Inventories of Supplies, Products, and Store Cash Management.
• Experience in implementing Marketing Plans, Monitoring Daily Sales, and Sales Forecast for events.
• Approachable and a team player.
