Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review open accounts for collection efforts.
- Make outbound collection calls professionally.
- Resolve client billing issues and manage account delinquency.
- Collect customer payments on due dates.
- Identify account delinquency issues.
- Monitor assigned accounts and collection reports.
- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
- Mail correspondences to encourage payment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 4 years corporate collections experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work night shifts from home.
