Job Description

Reporting to: Field Force Capability Analyst

Duty Post: Taguig City

Application Duration: This job posting will remain open until the vacancy is filled.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate data collection for incentive computation.
• Prepare monthly incentive results and analyze program effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate reporting for training and incentives.
• Provide necessary reports for the sales capability team.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
