Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for contact center.
- Build a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing methods.
- Screen and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs.

- Utilize data analysis to optimize recruitment strategies.
