Job Description
Matic Law Office is seeking a motivated Legal Secretary to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the notarization of documents
- Assist in the preparation of notarial reports
- Draft basic and templated legal documents
- Draft basic and templated demand letters
- File documents and maintain office organization
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the lawyer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php11,00.00 per month
Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
