Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner who will be responsible for managing and improving the relationship between employees and the organization. The role focuses on resolving workplace issues, fostering employee satisfaction, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related course
- Relevant coursework in labor relations, employment law, organizational behavior
- At least 3 years of experience in employee and labor relations
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Law
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
