Responsibilities:

• Check actual charts against lists from the Admitting Office.
• Prepare census of patients including deaths and absconded cases.
• Compile reportable disease statistics.
• Maintain physician’s index.
• Oversee medical records of discharged patients from the previous day.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable with strong customer service abilities.
• Available to start ASAP.
