Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution objectives for the assigned territory by managing and developing distributor sales operations and deploying merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of the annual territory business plan.
- Achieve sales standards by addressing key gaps through operations reviews.
- Drive profitable growth by coaching on the Nestlé Way of Selling.
- Support Category and Channel Plans with execution insights.
- Enhance distributor sales operations through training and coaching.
